By downloading, installing, or using BlockDrop (the “App”, package ID com.illiamilevskiy.blockdrop), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Arcade GameDev grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
Arcade GameDev retains rights in original project-authored material. Third-party components, content, names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective rightsholders and are used under their applicable licences. This licence does not transfer ownership rights to you.
The optional Remove Ads product blockdrop_remove_ads is a non-consumable, one-time in-app product with a planned base price of EUR 2.99. Google Play’s localized price shown before confirmation is authoritative. Google Play handles payment, purchase records, restoration to an eligible account, and its refund process; Arcade GameDev does not receive card data or directly process refunds. Remove Ads activates only after Play confirms ownership. Confirmed owners have interstitials removed and may choose the optional Clear 2 Rows & Continue benefit without an ad; it is never granted automatically. Advertising is otherwise served through Google AdMob and is described in the Privacy Policy; Google selects and delivers individual ad creatives.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where law permits; interfere with advertising, purchase, or anti-fraud mechanisms; use the App unlawfully; or redistribute it outside official app stores.
The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or universal-device operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade GameDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Arcade GameDev may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer law in your country of residence requires a different governing law. Updates take effect when posted with a revised effective date.
