NumStack — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data NumStack (“the App”, package ID com.illiamilevskiy.numstack) collects, why, and how you can control it. NumStack is developed by Arcade GameDev (“we”, “us”). If you have questions, contact us at arcadegamedevt@gmail.com.

Data we do NOT collect

NumStack does not require an account, and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, camera, microphone, or location. All gameplay progress (scores, settings, purchase status) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us.

Data collected via third-party services

We use two third-party services inside the App, each of which may collect data on its own behalf, governed by their own privacy policies linked below:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — shows interstitial ads (after a new game starts) and rewarded video ads (optional, player-initiated, e.g. “watch ad for +1 life/HP”). AdMob may collect the advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device/app information, and general diagnostic data to serve and measure ads, and — where you consent — to personalize them. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.
• Google Play Billing (in-app purchases) — processes the optional “Remove Ads” purchase. Payment details are handled entirely by Google Play; we never see or store your payment information. Google Play may retain purchase records under its own policy.

Advertising consent (EEA / UK / Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a consent form before requesting personalized ads, in line with GDPR and Google's EU User Consent Policy. You can review or change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the App. Outside these regions, this form is not shown, and only non-personalized ad measurement described above applies.

Removing ads

Purchasing “Remove Ads” turns off interstitial ads entirely for this game. Any remaining rewarded-video-style bonus (e.g. “+1 life”) is granted for free without watching a video once ads are removed — you still choose whether to use the bonus; it is never granted automatically.

Children

NumStack is not directed at children and is declared as intended for a general audience in the Play Console (not “designed for children”). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at arcadegamedevt@gmail.com and we will address it.

Data retention & your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data ourselves, there is no account or profile for us to delete on request. Any data processed by AdMob or Play Billing is retained and controlled under their own policies (links above); you can exercise rights over that data (e.g. resetting your advertising ID, or requesting deletion from Google) directly through your device or Google Account settings, or by adjusting the App's Privacy Options as described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the “Effective date” above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
