By downloading, installing, or using NumStack (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Arcade GameDev grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
The App, including its code, design, artwork, and trademarks, is owned by Arcade GameDev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The App offers an optional “Remove Ads” purchase (~$2–3) processed through Google Play Billing. All purchases are final and subject to Google Play's refund policy; we do not process payments or refunds directly. See Google Play's refund policy.
The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, described in the Privacy Policy. Ad content is selected and delivered by Google; we do not control individual ad creatives.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law; use the App to violate any law; interfere with the App's ads, purchase flow, or anti-fraud mechanisms; or redistribute the App outside official app stores.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade GameDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by the law of your country of residence as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
